INSTRUCTORS
Rory Rowland, CCUE
Rory is a business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills. After serving as president of two credit unions and earning his CCUE, Rory began using his communications skills and specialized background in credit unions to help others in the movement be more effective.
Rory has presented his high energy, fun,and humorous programs in all 50 states over the past eight years, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Rory is continually one of the most highly rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country, including many of the credit union leagues conferences throughout the country.
WEBINAR OVERVIEW Just like in face-to-face classes, CUNA Webinars allow you to see and hear a presentation, ask questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a speakerphone and computer with Internet connection. With a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was July 25, 2010. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
