June 25–26, 2010
Columbus, OH

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Credit unions have the opportunity to take center stage in this economic climate. Are you ready to shine? This conference is a must for Ohio credit union volunteers and leaders. In an era of dramatic change for credit unions, this training will help keep you a step ahead of the rest for the benefit of your members. Attendees will hear from industry experts like Jeff Rendel, regarding national-level changes and how Ohio's credit unions compare to those around the country. Steve Rick will provide invaluable insight into the economy to give you the information necessary to make your strategic decisions. Gain the knowledge you need to sweep the competition – it's show time.

For the board:
How well are you keeping up with the times? If you're doing things the same as you did ten years ago then you're ancient history. The industry has evolved and your organization and your board had better evolve too. This event will keep you at the forefront of trends. The curriculum covers the complexities of the financials, trends of the industry, not to mention insider insights about strategic planning from the lessons learned in the auto industry.

For the supervisory committee:
The economic events of the last couple of years have taken their toll on everyone, including your members. This has made the oversight mission of the supervisory committee more difficult. The troubles of your members become a risk for the organization. Hear from the industry experts about how you can better understand your risks, as well as other issues to watch for.
